Insurance products sold in New Hampshire typically have deductibles, co-insurance, and co-payments. The purpose of these mechanisms is to pass some of the cost of the insurance product on to the consumer so that the employer’s premiums are reduced. The national trend in the past decade is to increase these mechanisms. This section of the site provides an overview of the products sold in 2007-2008 in New Hampshire and is inclusive of both fully insured and self funded products.
